As a member of the EF Foundation family, you’ll benefit from our exclusive multi-tiered system of support. We offer individual training and guidance on both the local and national levels. No other exchange organization works as hard to ensure your individual success, or offers the type of personalized service we offer!

Through EF Foundation’s special incentive program, you earn rewards for each exchange student you place with a host family. This means you can have the opportunity to see the world with free airfare, or receive cool merchandise like gift certificates and iPods. Because we value the contributions our IECs make year after year, we’ve instituted an Olympic Program, unique among exchange organizations. The longer you work with EF Foundation, the greater the rewards you’re eligible for!
Travel
As well as attending all expenses paid meetings in places such as Vancouver, Montreal or Toronto, you may also qualify for incentive trips to exotic destinations like Hawaii or the Dominican Republic with other EF Foundation family members.
Get Reimbursed
EF Foundation offers reimbursements for necessary expenses as determined by the Toronto office. After all, our program couldn’t exist without your hard work!

EF Foundation coordinators gain access to a wealth of host family recruiting tools such as flyers, posters, press releases, media advisories, and public service announcements. There’s no need for you to worry when it comes to promoting the program in your area. We’ve done the work for you! You’ll also be able to use a number of online planning tools—a benefit you won’t get with any other exchange program.
Do it Together!
Many of our IECs are IEC couples—husbands and wives who work as a team to bring exchange to their hometown. Being local coordinators is a great way for you and your spouse to spend time doing good together.
